Machine Vision Application Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- •First level support for the assigned region.
- •Deliver on-site and remote support, training and demonstration.
- •Conduct application testing, evaluation and feedback to improve product fit.
- •Track and report daily progress of projects in assigned region.
- •Support other regions as backup when required, including outstation or overseas travel.
Key Requirements:
- •Preferably has experience in the vision field.
- •Preferably someone who is able to speak Chinese or English.
Machine Vision Sales Engineer
Responsibilities:
- •Develop local markets and build long-term relationships with partners, system integrators, and customers.
- •Acquire new customers, maintain a customer database, and achieve sales targets.
- •Manage customer relationships and monitor competitors’ strategies and pricing.
- •Prepare required daily sales reports and execute sales strategies in line with regulations.
- •Handle inquiries and orders, provide pre- and post-sales support, and support marketing activities and trade shows.
Key Requirements:
- •Bachelor degree or above; major in E&E, Software, Machinery, Automation or other related majors.
- •More than 3 years of working experience in machine vision related industries is an added advantage.
- •Good English and Mandarin listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, with strong communication skills and customer orientation.
